We welcome ideas, suggestions and submissions for articles and briefing papers. The best guide we can offer to potential contributors is to look at what's on this site. We'll consider writings that have been published or presented elsewhere, and can offer advice on structuring and editing a paper. Just drop us a line with your ideas and we'll try to give you feedback as soon as we can.
